The Alliance War for Heroscape is underway! In case you haven't heard about the Alliance War, you can catch all the details here. In short, Renegade Game Studios staff are visiting over 20 Heroscape game stores and conventions across the USA, bringing exclusive merch and connecting with Heroscape's community members!

The winner of each Alliance War tournament event claims their win for one of four factions - Jandar and Utgar's New Alliance, Aquilla and Ullar's Verdant Pact, Einar and Volarak's Clockwork Combine, or Vydar and Revna's Umbral Covenant. At the end of all 21 stops, whichever faction has the most claimed wins is the winner of the Alliance War, and gets a major win in Heroscape's lore as well as an exclusive Heroscape figure designed to celebrate their win put on the production schedule!

I (Community Coordinator William Wellman) am on a road trip that will include several more Alliance War stops, the Heroscape convention ScapeCon, and running Heroscape organized play events at Gencon! In total, I'll have travelled more than 4,300 miles and spent 50 days on the road with my trusty Heroscape collection in tow to bring the next wave of Alliance War stops to you!

In the latest Alliance War stop, I visited Pink Elephant Games in Wichita, Kansas, bringing exlusive Alliance War pins and plastic foil-stamped Army Cards for all players! 16 of Kansas' best duked it out for the win, with Heroscape painting legend Roguescaper winning in the final round! 

Roguescaper claimed his win for the Verdant Pact, putting them to 3 points! The standings as of July 20th are:

Umbral Covenant: 3 Points
Clockwork Combine: 2 Points
New Alliance: 2 Points

My next stop is Just For Fun Games in Peoria, Illinois on June 27th! Be there or be square! The Alliance War is anyone's race right now, and any of these four factions still has a great chance at triumphing!
