Q: What is the last day to pre-order for Gen Con?

A: July 29th.

Q: When/where is pre-order pick up at Gen Con?

A: Wednesday, August 3rd, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM in Room 139.

Q: I can't make the pre-order pick up Wednesday! When can I pick up my pre-order?

A: You can pick-up your pre-order in Room 139, Thursday - Saturday, anytime the exhibit hall is open. The final day to pick up your pre-orders will be Sunday, until 12 PM.

Q: What do I need to pick-up my pre-order?

A: Your ID, your name, and your Gen Con badge. The name on the order must match your ID, and the name on your ID must match your Gen Con badge.

Q: Can someone else pick up my order for me?

A: The name on the order must match the person picking up the order. If you need to add a pickup name to your order, please contact customerservice@renegadegames.com by Friday, July 29.
