An exciting new organized play initiative for Heroscape is coming spring and summer 2026! 

After the Age of Annihilation, Valhalla's alliances have fractured, and the Valkyrie Generals have formed four new unions.

Jandar and the remaining forces of Utgar establish an uneasy truce to form the New Alliance, set on uniting the rest of Valhalla and leading them into a new age of peace.

Einar's wealth partnered with Volarak's industry creates the Clockwork Combine, who see nothing but opportunity to grow in the new age.

Ullar and Aquilla pledge to protect Valhalla from any further destruction by war and profit, creating the Verdant Pact. 

And Revna allies with Vydar's followers to create the Umbral Covenant, working together to delve deep beneath Valhalla and covet its secrets for themselves. 

In 2026, we're sending Heroscape staff members out to visit Heroscape tournaments happening at local game stores and fan conventions across the country, heralding this new age of conflict on Valhalla! Our staff member will act as the Arbiter, giving each attendee an enamel pin for their faction of choice, as well as a plastic Army Card card with a foil 'Alliance War' stamp for one of four promotional figures arriving in 2026: Isamu (SOTC), Eel & F'Fuoh, Syvarris (GS), or Agent Carr (TT). 

You may find Heroscape's staff playing side by side with you at these tournament events! The winner of any tournament chosen for Alliance War gets the full set of four enamel pins and four plastic Army Cards. They also 'claim' their victory for the faction of their choice: New Alliance, Clockwork Combine, Verdant Pact, or Umbral Covenant. 

Once all Alliance War battles have been fought, the single faction with the most wins will have an epic prize item designed by Renegade Game Studios just for that faction, and made available to order for the public!

A: All attendees of the convention receieve the participation prizes of one enamel pin and one plastic Army Card. One event during the convention will be designated by the organizers to be the Alliance War tournament for further winner's prizing / claiming of the event for their faction of choice.
